Bossier Parish woman dies in single-vehicle crash
Monday afternoon, around 12:30 p.m., Louisiana State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 157, two miles north of Louisiana Highway 162. The crash claimed the life of 64-year-old Angela Page.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2020 Nissan Rogue, driven by Page, was traveling south on Louisiana Highway 157. For reasons still under investigation, Page’s vehicle entered the northbound lane, left the roadway, overturned, and collided with several trees.
Page, who was unrestrained at the time of the crash, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Although impairment is not suspected, routine toxicology samples were collected and submitted for analysis.
The crash remains under investigation.
